1. Non-Refundable Payment Policy
All payments on no1bid—including bid amounts and sidebar sponsorships—are 100% final and strictly non-refundable.
Digital placement, impressions, and SEO backlinks are delivered instantaneously upon successful payment processing via Dodo Payments. If your listing is subsequently outbid by another product, your spot naturally moves down on the leaderboard; the original payment cannot be returned, cancelled, or credited.
Attempting fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent domain ban across all no1bid properties.
2. Ranking & Tiebreaker Mechanics
Rankings on the leaderboard are calculated purely by the active dollar bid amount:
- The highest bid holds rank #1.
- Lower bids are sorted in descending numerical order.
- When two products bid the exact same dollar amount, the newer bid takes priority and takes the higher rank.
- Outbidding is open to all users at any time.
3. Sidebar Sponsorships
Sidebar sponsor spots cost a fixed $25 per week (reservable for 1 to 12 weeks at a time).
During your reserved duration, your sponsor card is guaranteed 24/7 placement on both the left and right sidebars and cannot be outbid by other users. Sponsorships are non-refundable once started and expire automatically at the end of the term.
4. Content Eligibility & Acceptable Use
We maintain high trust for our visitors. The following types of links are strictly prohibited:
- Malware, spyware, phishing, deceptive redirects, or scam domains.
- Adult, NSFW, explicit, or sexually suggestive material.
- Illegal goods, unauthorized pharmaceuticals, or weapons.
- Hate speech, harassment, or abusive content.
Any listing found in violation will be deleted immediately upon review without refund or right of appeal.
5. Click Tracking & Traffic Security
All listed products link directly to your target destination URL with genuine referrer headers. Click counts are verified in real time, and automated click botting or denial-of-service spam is automatically mitigated by our IP rate limiters.
