- Technical & Security Data: When you access no1bid, our servers log your temporary IP address, user-agent string, and referrer headers strictly for security verification, DDoS mitigation, and rate limiting (10 req/s limit).
3. Zero Invasive Tracking Cookies
no1bid does not use tracking cookies for behavioral targeting or cross-site tracking. Our site is designed to function cleanly without requiring persistent third-party cookies or intrusive surveillance scripts.
4. How We Use Information
The data we collect is used exclusively for the following operational purposes:
- To calculate and render real-time product rankings on the homepage leaderboard and category feeds.
- To accurately route and count verified outlink clicks to listed websites.
- To compute live active online presence via Upstash Redis (temporary session entries automatically expire after 2 minutes).
- To protect our infrastructure against automated click bots, spam submissions, and malicious attacks.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with trusted infrastructure providers to deliver reliable services:
- Dodo Payments: Handles payment processing, tax compliance, and billing checkout.
- Upstash: Provides in-memory Redis caching for sub-millisecond leaderboard loading and real-time presence synchronization.
6. Data Retention & Security
Public listing records remain part of the historical leaderboard for as long as the listing is active. Security logs and temporary IP presence timestamps in Redis are ephemeral and expire automatically.
